TERENCE H. CAMPBELL. Terry Campbell is a partner at Cotsirilos, Tighe & Streicker where he concentrates his practice on federal criminal defense, civil litigation, and appellate work, primarily in the federal courts. Mr. Campbell joined the firm in 1995 and has successfully represented clients in a wide range of criminal and civil matters in trial and appellate courts throughout the country.

Mr. Campbell has represented individuals and companies in a variety of criminal matters, including numerous grand jury investigations and criminal cases involving mail and wire fraud, securities fraud, RICO, conspiracy, tax fraud, government contracts, public corruption, bank fraud, defense contractor fraud, accounting cases, health care fraud, environmental offenses, price fixing, bid rigging, perjury, antitrust, bribery, kickbacks and drug offenses. Mr. Campbell’s clients have included officers and directors of major corporations, high-profile businessmen, and public officials.

Mr. Campbell has also defended clients in a number of securities fraud investigations and enforcement actions before regulatory bodies, such as the SEC. Mr. Campbell also handles a variety of civil litigation, both in the trial and appellate courts. His civil experience includes complex securities litigation, contract disputes, insurance litigation, and general commercial litigation.

Mr. Campbell received a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law, magna cum laude, and Order of the Coif.
